Speechless

I sat down to try to write a blog several times each of the past 4 or 5 days and honestly, I just haven't had much to say.  :)  We are loving this month of rest and refreshment.  While Josh has still been working on some booking and recording, the boys and I have done some homeschooing, and we have had a few ministry events.  Overall, it has been an extremely light work schedule and we are so grateful for it!  However, although I don't have much to report or any random thoughts or musings to share, I do have a few pictures I thought you might enjoy!

Picture
We had to take off Mr. Snowman's face, buttons and scarf so Curly wouldn't eat them.
Picture
Apparently Curly still considered Mr. Snowman a threat!

On our way into town!

Living so far out of town means a whole different kind of grocery shopping!  (This is only about 2/3 of it, the rest I had already put in the fridge and freezer!

Family Day!

When getting his picture taken, Curly prefers closeups to candid shots!

This nerf gun battle started right after breakfast.  Then we took a break to play with Curly in the snow.  The battle started back up again as soon as the boys were back inside.  Notice the protective covering my two little guys are wearing in the picture above! :)

If you look closely to the space behind the couch, you see my husband carefully aiming at his seven year old son...yes, this is how we spend our days off! ;)
Picture
We ended our day with a little less violence! :)
I'll write more...eventually! :)  Happy Weekend!

    Hi! I'm Sarah

    I'm so glad you stopped by!  I pray you find encouragement and a reason to smile while you're visiting! If this is your first time on my blog, be sure to START HERE.

    Dwelling...
    God is Unchanging!
    He is still
    on the throne!

    (see Psalm 102)

    Lord, you are
    my portion

    and my cup
    of blessing;

    you hold my future.
    The boundary lines have fallen for me
    in pleasant places;
    indeed, I have a beautiful inheritance.
    I will bless the Lord who counsels me--
    even at night when my thoughts trouble me.
    I always let the Lord guide me.
    Because he is at my right hand,
    I will not be shaken.

    (Psalm 16:5-8)
