So What Exactly Do We Do?

Josh and I often joke about how much we could really use an assistant! :)  We usually make that joke when we've let something fall through the cracks.  Whether it's that I forgot to reserve an RV park in time or Josh forgot to send a secretary an order of service, we like to blame it on the fact that we each wear about fifty different hats!  In reality, we do have a lot of different things to manage with this ministry, but we're also humans who tend to just plane "screw things up" sometimes.  Praise God for His grace!

Because we are trying to juggle all of the different aspects involved with this touring ministry, there are certain things that are frequently lacking.  One of those areas is videos.  We would love to have available a professional quality video of the "presentation" that we share at churches, but the reality is that when we're leading worship, neither of us are available to then be out in the congregation filming us (if you have figured out the trick to being two places at once, I'm willing to purchase that knowledge at a high price! ;) ) And, when Josh is on the platform and I'm in the congregation, the only camera we have is on my cell phone, so that doesn't offer much by way of "professional quality".
That all being said, this past Sunday the church we ministered at videotaped (does anyone say "videotaped anymore?...hmmm perhaps I should say "digitally recorded"?) their service and posted it to youtube.  Yay!  That means that we now have a recording of our entire service! :)  I'm going to post the link below.

The overview of our service looks like this: corporate worship led by Josh and I, instrumental worship by Josh, Josh's testimony/message, my testimony, closing corporate worship led by both of us.

In the event that you don't happen to have an hour and fifteen minutes to kill right now, here are a few points you might want to skip to - Josh's instrumental worship - 19:15  /  Josh's message/testimony - 32:00  /  My testimony - 53:00 )
Blessings! :)

    Dwelling...
    God is Unchanging!
    He is still
    on the throne!

    (see Psalm 102)

    Lord, you are
    my portion

    and my cup
    of blessing;

    you hold my future.
    The boundary lines have fallen for me
    in pleasant places;
    indeed, I have a beautiful inheritance.
    I will bless the Lord who counsels me--
    even at night when my thoughts trouble me.
    I always let the Lord guide me.
    Because he is at my right hand,
    I will not be shaken.

    (Psalm 16:5-8)
