Last week I participated in an online conference that I am sooo excited to write about! The conference was last Tues - Thurs. and I've spent the past few days processing and implementing the things I learned. I'll be writing about them in the next couple of days. But since it's been a while since I updated you on our little family, I thought I'd share a few pictures from the past couple of weeks. On Halloween the boys and I went to a "Pooch Parade" at a local park. We had a blast! The park was full of dogs in costumes. My boys absolutely loved it! Look! It's Loofah Dog! While here in the Sacramento area, the boys have been participating in an AWANA club at a local church. This has been such a blessing. They used to attend AWANA at our home church, but since going on the road two years ago they haven't. I decided this was a great time to get started again. We're stationary for five weeks, so they have been able to feel a little stability as they get back into the swing of things. They've also been able to make some friends, which has been exciting! The picture above is from the Harvest Festival put on by the church where they've been attending AWANA. They had a blast playing Bible themed carnival games and pounding on each other in the inflatable arena! :) I mentioned in my last post that we've been spending a lot of time at the local library. Saturday after the pooch parade, we discovered another library with this playground outside! You can guess which library we'll be going to from now on! ;)
I'm continuing to seek God for direction on how to grow this blog to be a greater blessing to you all! Please be patient as I make changes and post erratically!

God is Unchanging!
He is still on the throne! (see Psalm 102) Lord, you are my portion and my cup of blessing; you hold my future. The boundary lines have fallen for me in pleasant places; indeed, I have a beautiful inheritance. I will bless the Lord who counsels me-- even at night when my thoughts trouble me. I always let the Lord guide me. Because he is at my right hand, I will not be shaken. (Psalm 16:5-8) Reading...
